No Additional Call-Out Fees: We don’t charge extra for call-outs, travel time, fuel, parking, or for our 1-hour emergency response (when available).
Minimum Charge: A 1-hour minimum charge applies to all hourly rate services.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and can be made via credit or debit card.
Fixed Pricing: Fixed-price quotes (*), excluding VAT, are available on request before work begins and can be provided verbally or in writing.
